Automatic Eco T-Shirt Non Woven Fabric Shopping Bag Making Machine
Advantages:
1. The ultrasonic embossing part is rotating.
2. The unwinding tension adopts surface tension control (the roll material does not need manual intervention to adjust from large to small)
3. The photoelectric eye is an intelligent three-color self-learning photoelectric, simple to set, suitable for tracking different colors of cloth
4. The latest LPC post-feeding synchronization is adopted to solve the problem of fluctuations in the speed of feeding long materials (400-1000mm).
5. The plc controls the pneumatic 8-ton hydraulic punch to ensure the punching effect.
Application:
This machine is specially designed for non-woven bags,the machine takes non-woven fabric as raw material.It can produce non-woven bags of various sizes and shapes,such as non-woven shopping bags,reticules,flat port bags,vest bags and other products packaging bags.
